You get one of four answers: Bid, Bid with conditions, No bid, or Insufficient evidence, with every point quoted from its page. Refunded if the tender closes before we deliver it.

Questions
Why is searching free?
The notices are public. Every government publishes them and we always link to the original. We charge for the time we save you: alerts, fit details, buyer history and the bid assessment report.
What is a bid assessment report?
One tender checked against your company. Where the source lets us, it reads the tender documents and quotes each requirement with its page. It lists what you meet, what you miss, risks and next steps. We check the notice again before we write it, and refund you if it closed.
Can I try Pro first?
Yes. Every organisation can try Pro free for 14 days. No card is needed. When the trial ends you go back to Free and keep everything you saved.
What happens if I go over a Free limit?
Nothing is deleted. You keep what you saved. You just cannot add more until you remove some or upgrade.
Can I change plan or seats later?
Yes, from Plan and seats in your account. Stripe charges or credits the difference for the rest of the period.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in one click from your account. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Prices in GBP, plus VAT where it applies. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
