1. Who we are
SLETOR is provided by the business that provides SLETOR (details to be published).
Provider details: not yet configured. Until they are, SLETOR does not take payments.
2. What SLETOR is
SLETOR finds commercial and public procurement opportunities in public sources, checks the facts against those sources and assesses how well an opportunity fits a supplier. It is decision support. It is not legal, financial or procurement advice.
SLETOR does not bid for you, does not act for any buyer and cannot guarantee that you will win a contract. Buyers can change or cancel a procurement at any time.
3. Accounts
You sign in with a link we email to you. Keep access to that mailbox secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of the business profile you give us, because reports depend on it.
4. Prices and payment
- Single opportunity assessment: £79, paid once.
- Monthly opportunity intelligence: £149 a month, renewing monthly until cancelled.
Prices are in pounds sterling. Any VAT or other tax is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are taken by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number. A report is unlocked only after the payment provider confirms the payment to us directly.
5. Delivery, remediation and refunds
Before we deliver a report, we recheck the opportunity status and deadlines against the source. If we cannot verify the opportunity or cannot produce the report you paid for, we will not send a guessed or incomplete report. If the opportunity has closed, been cancelled or awarded, or its deadline has passed before delivery, we refund the order in full automatically and tell you by email. For any other reason we cannot deliver, we tell you and the order goes to a refund review by a person. Where we cannot deliver, we refund the order.
Nothing in these terms affects the rights you have by law as a consumer, where those rights apply to you.
6. Subscriptions and cancellation
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your account. It stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not make cancellation harder than signing up.
7. Source data
Opportunity data comes from public sources and is used under each source's published licence. Where a licence requires attribution, we show it. Quotations from source documents are kept short and are there to support the facts we show.
8. Fair use
Do not resell reports in bulk, scrape the service, try to get around access controls or use SLETOR to send unsolicited messages.
9. Liability
We work to keep information accurate and current, but public sources can be wrong, late or incomplete. Check the original notice before you rely on a fact in a bid. Limits of liability will be set out here after legal review.
10. Changes and law
We will tell account holders about material changes before they take effect. The governing law will be stated here once the provider details are published.
