How it works
From notice to decision
- 1
We collect notices from official sources
Government procurement portals in many countries, read through their official APIs and open data. We check each notice again before any report.
- 2
You search, or we match
Search everything for free. Add your company profile and we rank notices by fit, explain the score, and hide ones that close too soon to bid.
- 3
You track and decide
Put notices in your team's pipeline, set reminders, and get alerts when new matching notices appear. For the ones that matter, order a bid assessment.
Why pay when the original notice is free?
Anyone can read a notice on the official portal, and we always link to it. What takes time is finding the right ones across many portals and languages, and reading 50 to 300 pages of tender documents to decide whether to bid. That is what you pay for.
Free
- Search across every source we read
- Plain-English summary of each notice, and the link to the original
- With a free account: saved searches and alerts, the For you feed, the team pipeline, buyer and market pages
Paid report
- Bid assessment report: reads the tender documents (where the source allows it) and quotes each requirement with its page
- Your fit: requirements you meet, the ones you miss, and hard blockers
- Risks, unknowns and suggested next steps, each linked to its source
Tender documents: we read them for Brazil (PNCP) and Ukraine (Prozorro), and the official notice for EU (TED). For other sources the documents sit on the buyer's portal behind a registration, so the report says it is based on the notice only.
