CREDENCIAMENTO DE PESSOA JURÍDICA PARA A PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS DE CONSULTA EM NEUROPEDIATRIA, ATRAVÉS DA SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE SAÚDE DO MUNICÍPIO DE FAMA, ESTADO DE MINAS GERAIS, PARA ATENDER A DEMANDA DOS USUÁRIOS DO SISTEMA ÚNICO DE SAÚDE (SUS) DE FORMA COMPLEMENTAR, CONFORME ESTABELECIDO NESTE EDITAL E SEUS ANEXOS A neuropediatria é uma especialidade médica de alta complexidade e com notória escassez de profissionais no mercado, realidade que se acentua de forma crítica em municípios de pequeno e médio porte. Diante desse cenário, a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Fama enfrenta uma evidente insuficiência em sua rede própria, uma vez que não dispõe, em seus quadros de servidores efetivos, de profissionais para suprir a demanda contínua por consultas neuropediátricas. Essa lacuna assistencial impacta diretamente a proteção à infância e à adolescência, visto que o diagnóstico precoce de transtornos do neurodesenvolvimento é absolutamente crucial para o prognóstico terapêutico, sendo certo que a demora no atendimento gera prejuízos irreversíveis ao desenvolvimento infantojuvenil. Desse modo, a adoção do modelo de credenciamento surge como a alternativa viável para garantir a estrita continuidade do serviço público, assegurando que o fluxo de atendimento não seja interrompido e permitindo que a demanda reprimida seja absorvida de forma célere. Ademais, a contratação de pessoas jurídicas para este fim encontra pleno amparo constitucional e legal no princípio da complementaridade do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), respaldando-se diretamente no artigo 199, § 1º, da Constitu…[E4]
