L’objet du marché consiste en une offre d’une validité de 9 mois pour l’acquisition d’un camion-citerne feux de forêts moyen (CCFM, selon la norme NF S 61-518). Le véhicule aura pour tâche d’intervenir dans des milieux tout-terrains (forestiers) et non carrossés afin de lutter contre les incendies de forêts ainsi que sur des feux d’espaces naturels et des inondations et crues. Le véhicule est susceptible d'être ravitaillé en eau naturelle, chargée en particules sablonneuses ou terreuses et présentant des caractéristiques d'acidité prononcées. La fabrication du véhicule et de son équipement doit être garantie afin d’assurer, entre autres, l'étanchéité des cuves et le fonctionnement efficace du dispositif d'autoprotection thermique dans les conditions décrites ci-dessus. Le véhicule doit répondre aux spécifications techniques (éliminatoires) suivantes : * Fournir un véhicule de type CCFM conforme à la norme NF S 61-518 (catégorie 3, classe M). * La hauteur hors tout est de maximum 3'300 mm selon la norme NF S 61-518. * Le véhicule possède 2 essieux. * Le poids total du véhicule est de minimum 7'500 kg et maximum 16'000 kg selon la norme NF S 61-518. * Le véhicule est équipé d’une cabine double possédant 4 places assises dans le sens de marche. * Le circuit de commande de la prise de mouvement et les organes associés à la pompe doivent résister à une température de minimum 130°C durant minimum 10 minutes. Si ces circuits ou organes ne satisfont pas aux prescriptions ci-dessus, ils doivent être protégés (selon la norme NF S 61-518). * Les organes vulnérables ci-dessous doivent …[E8]
