Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind die Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung gemäß § 55 HOAI für den Neubau einer Kindertagesstätte im Stadtteil Fürstenhausen in der Stadt Völklingen. Die Leistungen umfassen die Anlagengruppen gemäß § 53 HOAI: 1 (Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen), 2 (Wärmeversorgungsanlagen), 3 (Lufttechnische Anlagen), 4 (Starkstromanlagen), 5 (Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen), 7 (nutzungsspezifische Anlagen und verfahrenstechnische Anlagen) sowie 8 (Gebäudeautomation und Automation von Ingenieurbauwerken). Geplant ist die Vergabe der Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9 gemäß § 55 HOAI.[E6]
