Procedure Aanbesteding middels de Europees/Nationaal openbare procedure conform de (gewijzigde) aanbestedingswet 2012. Opdrachtgever De opdrachtgever bij deze aanbesteding is de Gemeente Breda. Voor meer informatie over de Gemeente Breda verwijzen wij u naar de website van de gemeente: www.breda.nl. Opdracht De opdracht betreft het leveren van materialen en magazijnartikelen. Percelen Deze opdracht is verdeeld in de volgende percelen: Perceel 1 Gereedschappen en materialen; Perceel 2 Straatmeubilair. Doel Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om voor de levering van materialen en magazijnartikelen per perceel een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met een looptijd van 2 jaar met als ingangsdatum 1 april 2027. De opdrachtgever heeft eenzijdig het recht deze twee (2) maal met één (1) jaar te verlengen. De besluitvorming ten aanzien van deze verlenging(en) geschiedt op basis van evaluatie van de geleverde prestatie en dienstverlening. Maximale contractwaarde De maximale opdrachtwaarde in het kader van deze raamovereenkomst wordt gesteld op: Perceel 1 Gereedschappen en materialen € 1.700.000,- Perceel 2 Straatmeubilair € 2.000.000,- Bezien over de looptijd van de overeenkomst, inclusief verlengingsopties. Aan de genoemde bedragen kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. Voor opdrachtgever geldt geen afnameverplichting. Mocht gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst de maximale opdrachtwaarde worden overschreden dan kan de raamovereenkomst (eerder) worden beëindigd.
