Udzielenie długoterminowego kredytu dla Powiatu Staszowskiego na kwotę 5.836.000,00 zł (słownie: pięć milionów osiemset trzydzieści sześćset tysięcy złotych) na finansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu – z ostatecznym terminem spłaty w dniu 31.12.2034 r. Kredyt nie będzie obciążony innymi opłatami niż wymienione w SWZ. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do wcześniejszej spłaty kredytu bez dodatkowych kosztów. Oprocentowanie kredytu zmienne oparte na stawce WIBOR 1 M (liczonej jako średnia arytmetyczna z miesiąca poprzedzającego miesiąc naliczenia odsetek) powiększone o stałą marżę banku. Spłata kredytu nastąpi począwszy od miesiąca stycznia 2027 roku. Spłata rat kredytu i odsetek od kredytu w okresach miesięcznych (w ostatnim roboczym dniu miesiąca). Odsetki naliczane będą za rzeczywistą liczbę dni wykorzystania kredytu. Nie przewiduje się karencji w spłacie odsetek od kredytu. Zabezpieczenie spłaty kredytu w formie weksla in blanco wraz z deklaracją wekslową. W celu umożliwienia oceny kondycji finansowej Zamawiającego, załącza się dokumenty podane w załączniku Nr 7 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający nie przewiduje wymagań, o których mowa w art. 95 ust.1 ustawy Pzp – nie ma zastosowana w przypadku dostaw. 3. CPV: CPV 66.11.30.00-5 – usługi udzielenia kredytu 4. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. Uzasadnienie niedokonania podziału zamówienia na części: Zamawiający nie przewiduje składanie ofert częściowych z uwagi na fakt, że przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa i powinna być wykonana jednolicie.
