Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości z terenu sektora nr I, II, III, IV i V, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy oraz nie zamieszkują mieszkańcy,a powstają odpady komunalne w zakresie: -nieruchomości, które w części stanowią nieruchomość zamieszkałą, a w części nieruchomość, na której nie zamieszkują mieszkańcy (tzw. nieruchomości mieszane); -nieruchomości, na których są prowadzone rodzinne ogrody działkowe, w rozumieniu ustawy o rodzinnych ogrodach działkowych oraz nieruchomości, na których są prowadzone przedszkola publiczne i szkoły publiczne, w rozumieniu przepisów prawa oświatowego, żłobki lub kluby dziecięce założone przez jednostki samorządu terytorialnego; położonych na terenie gminy-miasto Grudziądz oraz ich transport do Zakładu Gospodarki Odpadami w miejscowości Zakurzewo (Zakurzewo 39A,86-300 Grudziądz,Gmina Grudziądz) należącego do Miejskich Wodociągów i Oczyszczalni Sp.z o.o. z siedzibą w Grudziądzu w terminach określonych we wzorach umów stanowiących załączniki do SWZ.
