A Prefeitura Municipal de Tapiratiba, no exercício de suas atribuições administrativas e visando assegurar o adequado funcionamento de sua estrutura organizacional, busca, por meio da presente contratação, estabelecer condições para a aquisição parcelada e sob demanda de gêneros alimentícios, de forma segura, eficiente e eficaz, observando os princípios que regem a Administração Pública, especialmente os da eficiência, economicidade, planejamento e continuidade dos serviços públicos. A aquisição mostra-se necessária em razão da demanda existente nos diversos setores da Prefeitura Municipal de Tapiratiba, abrangendo suas Secretarias, Departamentos e demais unidades administrativas, que utilizam gêneros alimentícios em atividades institucionais e administrativas rotineiras, bem como em ações desenvolvidas junto aos servidores e à comunidade. Os gêneros alimentícios a serem adquiridos destinam-se, conforme a necessidade de cada unidade administrativa, ao atendimento de situações como: • reuniões institucionais e administrativas; • treinamentos, oficinas, cursos e capacitações de servidores; • apoio às equipes municipais durante atividades externas, especialmente aquelas de duração prolongada; • eventos, campanhas e ações públicas promovidas pela Administração Municipal; • atividades intersetoriais e ações que envolvam a participação da comunidade; • atendimento de necessidades administrativas gerais relacionadas ao regular funcionamento dos setores municipais.
