Przedmiot niniejszego zamówienia stanowi zaprojektowanie i wykonanie Robót budowlanych oraz przeprowadzenie usługi Serwisu dla Inwestycji pn.: „Budowa strefowego źródła ciepła o mocy nominalnej 20 MW składającego się z kotła gazowego o mocy nominalnej 12 MW oraz układu kogeneracyjnego o mocy użytecznej 3 MWe i 3 MWt na terenie USK przy Al. Witosa w Opolu”. W zakres przedmiotu zamówienia wchodzi również zaprojektowanie i budowa linii elektroenergetycznej SN 15 kV, (na podstawie oddzielnego Projektu Budowlanego) realizującej wyprowadzenie mocy elektrycznej z jednostki wytwórczej GUK do miejsca rozgraniczenia własności urządzeń elektroenergetycznych przy Stacji Rozdzielczej 15 kV w stacji 110 kV/SN GPZ Gosławice. Wykonawca udziela Gwarancji na Roboty budowlane. Przedmiotem zamówienia, prócz zaprojektowania i wykonania Robót budowlanych jest również usługa Serwisu przeglądowo-naprawcza gwarantująca utrzymanie jednostki wytwórczej GUK i kotła gazowego w pełnej gotowości do pracy, przez okres wynoszący 24 miesiące. Wykonawca, niezależnie od udzielenia Gwarancji na Roboty budowlane, udziela również gwarancji na Serwis.
