Predmet javnega naročila je izbira izvajalca zavarovalniških storitev (v nadaljevanju storitve) za obdobje ‎oseminštirideset (48) mesecev, predvidoma za čas od 1.1.2027 do 31.12.2031.‎ Javno naročilo izvede na podlagi 33. člena naročanju (ZJN-3) (Uradni list RS, št. 91/15, 14/18, ‎‎121/21 in nasl.), pooblaščeni naročnik Zdravstveni dom Celje, Gregorčičeva ulica 5, 3000 Celje (v ‎nadaljevanju: naročnik), v svojem imenu in za svoj račun ter po pooblastilu naročnikov:‎ ‎-‎ Zdravstveni dom »dr.
