Riigihanke eesmärk on leida partner, kes korraldab Eesti Vabariigi põhiseaduse ja kodakondsuse seaduse tundmise koolitusi (edaspidi koolitus või koolitused) vähemalt 400 sihtrühma esindajale ajavahemikul alates lepingu sõlmimisest kuni 31.08.2029. Riigihange viiakse läbi vastavalt õigusaktidele, sh riigihangete seadusele (edaspidi RHS) ning riigihanke alusdokumentidele (edaspidi ka AD). Hankelepingu eesmärk on toetada eri keele- ja kultuuritaustaga inimesi vajalike teadmiste omandamisel, et sooritada edukalt kodakondsuseksam. Koolitustel täiendavalt omandatakse ja kinnistatakse teadmisi Eesti kodakondsusest, põhiseadusest ja õiguslikest alustest, aidates seeläbi suurendada kodakondsuse väärtustamist ning tugevdada ühiskondlikku sidusust. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest[E6]
