Dostawa monitorów funkcji życiowych oraz aparatów EKG z integracją do systemu informatycznego Szpitala dla Oddziałów Szpitalnych COZL w ramach projektu pn. „Budowa ośrodka diagnostyczno-profilaktycznego i modernizacja infrastruktury Centrum Onkologii Ziemi Lubelskiej imienia św. Jana z Dukli w Lublinie w celu poprawy dostępu i podniesienia jakości diagnostyki i leczenia onkologicznego w województwie lubelskim”. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 2 części: Część 1 –Monitor funkcji życiowych– 30 szt. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, wymagania techniczne, wyposażenie oraz warunki gwarancji i serwisu określa Załącznik nr 2, Część 1 do SWZ, a warunki realizacji zamówienia określają projektowane postanowienia umowy stanowiące Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. Część 2 – Aparaty EKG- 23 szt. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, wymagania techniczne, wyposażenie oraz warunki gwarancji i serwisu określa Załącznik nr 2, Część 2 do SWZ, a warunki realizacji zamówienia określają projektowane postanowienia umowy stanowiące Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 2. W ramach realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do: a) dostarczenia przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z wymaganymi w SWZ dokumentami do siedziby Zamawiającego; b) montażu przedmiotu zamówienia we wskazanym przez Zamawiającego miejscu; c) instalacji i uruchomienia integracji z systemami Szpitalnymi przedmiotu zamówienia; d) przeprowadzenia instruktażu personelu Zamawiającego w zakresie obsługi i racjonalnej eksploatacji przedmiotu zamówienia; e) dostarczenia wraz z przedmiotem zamówienia instrukcji obsługi, kart gwarancyjnych, dokumen…[E9]
