The contracting authority will undertake an overall assessment of whether the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Documentation requirement: A credit rating based on the most recent available accounting figures. The credit rating must not be older than 3 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. Approved annual accounts for the last three years including notes and auditor's report for the auditor obliged companies. If there are no approved annual accounts for the previous year, the provisional result and balance sheet must be submitted confirmed by the auditor/accountant. The auditor's contact information is to be provided. Declaration of satisfactory economic and financial implementation ability, signed and completed, see Annex 6. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit report in order to verify that the tenderer fulfils the requirement.
