Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie kompleksowej usługi Inżyniera Kontraktu obejmującej przygotowanie techniczne i kontrolę realizacji Projektu, zarzadzanie techniczne procesem inwestycyjnym, wielobranżowy nadzór inwestorski, techniczną kontrolę harmonogramu i kosztów, przygotowanie dokumentacji technicznej postępowań na roboty i wyposażenie, wsparcie techniczne postępowań, koordynację odbiorów, rozruchów i dokumentacji końcowej oraz przekazanie Zamawiającemu uporządkowanego kompletu dokumentów niezbędnych do użytkowania, kontroli i rozliczenia dotacji. Zamawiający uzyskał dotację celową z Funduszu Medycznego – Subfundusz Infrastruktury Strategicznej – Umowa dotacji nr DOI/FM/SIS/PSYCH/2026/885/112 do kwoty 43 445 569,00 zł z przeznaczeniem na realizację programu inwestycyjnego, pn.: „Budowa oddziału psychiatrii sądowej o podstawowym zabezpieczeniu przez MEDiSON Spółkę z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością”.[E11]Eligibility and requirements
