Mäntsälän kunta pyytää tarjoustanne metsänhoidon palvelusopimuksesta, jonka tavoitteena on turvata talous- ja puistometsien laadukas metsänhoito, hakkuumahdollisuuksien täysimääräinen ja suunnitelmallinen hyödyntäminen talousmetsissä, maisemanhoito ja virkistysmahdollisuuksien huomioiminen sekä tilaajan edunvalvonta metsänhoitoon liittyvissä asioissa. Metsäpalvelusopimus laaditaan vuosille 2027-2028 ja sopimusta voidaan jatkaa yhdellä kahden (2) vuoden mittaisella optiokaudella. Mäntsälän kunta omistaa noin 870 hehtaaria metsää, jota hoidetaan vuosille 2024–2033 laaditun metsäsuunnitelman mukaisesti. Metsäsuunnitelma on tarjouspyynnön liitteenä. Suunnitelman keskeinen periaate on, että hakkuut ja metsänhoitotyöt kilpailutetaan erikseen, jotta kunta saa puukaupasta parhaan tuoton ja töistä kustannustehokkaan toteutuksen. Palveluntuottaja suunnittelee, kilpailuttaa ja valvoo metsänhoitotyöt kunnan lukuun. Työt tilataan kunnan vuosisuunnitelman mukaisesti. Alihankinta on sallittu, eikä tarjoajalta edellytetä omaa konekalustoa. Tarjouspyynnöllä annetut arviot perustuvat metsäsuunnitelmaan ja siinä määriteltyyn hakkuiden toteumaan. Arvioissa on huomioitu vuosille 2027-2033 suunnitellut hakkuut: - hakkuukertymä 2000-2500 m3/vuosi - puukaupan tulot 90 000-100 000 euroa/vuosi - hakkuut n. 20 ha/vuosi - metsänhoitotyöt, kuten taimikonhoito, raivaus, istutus tai muut vastaavat työt n. 15-25 ha/vuosi. Vuosittaiset määrät vaihtelevat sen mukaan mitä hakkuita ja töitä kulloinkin toteutetaan. Tilaaja ei sitoudu tiettyihin hankintamääriin, vaan hankinnat tehdään tilaajan tarpeen ja määrär…[E9]
