Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Konzeption, Programmierung, Durchführung und Auswertung einer international vergleichenden, longitudinalen Online-Panelbefragung in Deutschland, Schweden und den Vereinigten Staaten. Die Befragung umfasst drei Wellen, die in den Jahren 2027, 2029 und 2031 durchgeführt werden sollen. Der Auftrag umfasst insbesondere die Fragebogenprüfung und -harmonisierung, Übersetzung und sprachliche Validierung, Programmierung der nationalen Onlinefragebögen, Pilotierung, Stichprobenplanung, Rekrutierung und Befragung der Teilnehmenden, Panelverwaltung und erneute Kontaktaufnahme, Datenaufbereitung und Gewichtung sowie die Erstellung harmonisierter Datensätze, Codebücher und Berichte.[E5]
