La présente consultation a pour objet de confier à un concessionnaire unique la mise à disposition, l'installation, l'entretien/maintenance et l'exploitation de mobiliers urbains d'information à caractère général ou local supportant de la publicité à titre accessoire sur le territoire des Collectivités suivantes : communauté d'agglomération du Grand Annecy, commune d'Annecy, communes d'Épagny Metz-Tessy, Poisy. Ces collectivités agissent dans le cadre d'un groupement d'autorités concédantes, lequel est coordonné par le Grand Annecy. Le groupement a pour objet de permettre une procédure de passation commune et de conclure conjointement 4 contrats de concession. Chaque collectivité signera et assurera l'exécution du contrat de concession[E7]
