Predmet nabave je: SERVIS, POPRAVAK I REZERVNI DIJELOVI SPECIJALNIH VOZILA I STROJEVA ZA PRANJE I ČIŠĆENJE JAVNIH PROMETNIH POVRŠINA MARKI TENAX, RAVO I LADOG Naručitelj će ovim postupkom javne nabave, većim djelom obavljati servise i popravke u ovlaštenim radionicama, a manjim djelom nabavljati robu. Većina predmetnih vozila su starosti dvije godine, te održavanje tih vozila za cijelo vrijeme trajanja jamstvenog roka moguće je jedino u ovlaštenim servisima, jer je tako određeno u Općim uvjetima ugovora. Iz istog razloga ponuditelj je obvezan kod redovnih servisa i popravaka ugrađivati dijelove koji su originalni dijelovi ili dijelove usporedivo iste kvalitete kao i dijelove koji su se rabili za sastavljanje specijalnih vozila i strojeva (prve ugradnje), a koji se proizvode po propisima i proizvodnim standardima proizvođača vozila. Naručitelj održava vozila prema servisnim uputama proizvođača vozila, te je obvezan kod redovnih servisa i popravka istih u vlastitim radionicama ugrađivati dijelove koji su originalni dijelovi ili dijelove usporedivo iste kvalitete kao i dijelovi koji su se rabili za sastavljanje specijalnog vozila ili stroja (prve ugradnje), a koji se proizvode po propisima i proizvodnim standardima proizvođača specijalnih vozila i strojeva marki TENAX, RAVO i LADOG. Ugradnja originalnih rezervnih dijelova ili rezervnih dijelova usporedivo iste kvalitete, sukladno propisima i proizvodnim standardima proizvođača povećava dužinu trajanja ugrađenih dijelova, osigurava pouzdanost i sigurnost vozila u uvjetima gradskog prijevoza, uvjetuje niže troškove održavanja i …[E7]
