CREDENCIAMENTO DE PESSOAS JURÍDICAS INTERESSADAS NO FORNECIMENTO DE LANCHES TIPO SANDUICHE E BEBIDAS NÃO ALCOOLICAS, EM ESPECIAL AO FORNECIMENTO DE LANCHE AOS SERVIDORES E COLABORADORES QUE ESTIVEREM PRESTANDO SERVIÇOS NA REALIZAÇÃO DE EVENTOS CULTURAIS, FESTIVOS, TRADICIONAIS, ESPORTIVOS E DIVERSOS DO MUNICÍPIO DE MUNICÍPIO DE FAMA/MG ***** VALOR TOTAL ESTIMADO DA COMPRA - 18.200,00 ***** A justificativa para o credenciamento de pessoas jurídicas voltadas ao fornecimento de lanches e bebidas não alcoólicas fundamenta-se na necessidade primordial de assegurar a logística operacional e o bem-estar dos servidores e colaboradores durante a extensa agenda de eventos do Município de Fama/MG. Ao adotar o procedimento previsto no Artigo 79, inciso I, da Lei nº 14.133/2021, a administração municipal reconhece que o objeto em questão se enquadra perfeitamente no critério de inexigibilidade por inviabilidade de competição decorrente da natureza da contratação, em que é possível e vantajoso o atendimento por todos os interessados que preencham as condições objetivas estabelecidas no edital. Diferente de uma licitação convencional, onde se busca selecionar uma única proposta, o credenciamento permite a formação de uma rede auxiliar de fornecedores qualificados. Essa estratégia é essencial para eventos culturais, esportivos e tradicionais, cuja demanda pode variar drasticamente em volume e localização geográfica dentro do município.
