About the requirement

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa materiałów budowlanych, dekarskich, hydraulicznych i stolarskich dla SGGW w okresie 12 miesięcy. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarto w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (Opis przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z kalkulacją ceny ofertowej). Zamawiający wymaga, aby dostarczane materiały były fabrycznie nowe, pierwszego gatunku, zapakowane w oryginalne opakowania oraz posiadały termin przydatności do użycia wynoszący co najmniej 12 miesięcy, liczony od daty dostawy do siedziby Zamawiającego (chyba, że gwarancja producenta jest dłuższa, wówczas będzie miał zastosowanie dłuższy okres gwarancji). Dostarczony przedmiot zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie rozładować oraz wnieść do wskazanych pomieszczeń Zamawiającego na własny koszt. Zamawiający dopuszcza dostarczanie materiałów za pośrednictwem kuriera - na koszt Wykonawcy. Przedmiot zamówienia musi posiadać następującą dokumentację sporządzoną w języku polskim: instrukcję obsługi, aprobaty techniczne, certyfikaty jakości oraz spełniać normy PN, EN dopuszczające je do obrotu i użycia na terenie Polski oraz odpowiednie atesty właściwe dla tych materiałów, które Wykonawca zobowiązany jest przekazać Zamawiającemu na każde jego żądanie. Przedmiot zamówienia powinien być wyposażony we wszystkie elementy niezbędne do uruchomienia i pracy u Zamawiającego do realizacji celu dla którego przedmiot zamówienia jest kupowany, bez konieczności zakupu dodatkowych elementów przez Zamawiającego. Zamawiający wymaga podania przez Wykonawcę w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ informacji pozwalających na jednoznaczne zi…[E29]
