Udbuddet omfatter én samlet rammeaftale vedrørende vikarydelser og Try & Hire. Formålet med udbuddet er at sikre AffaldPlus adgang til kvalificerede vikarer, som efter behov kan indgå i AffaldPlus' drift og øvrige relevante funktioner. Ydelserne skal leveres i overensstemmelse med de krav til blandt andet kompetencer, erfaring, tilgængelighed, bestilling, levering og øvrige forhold, der fremgår af kravspecifikationen og det øvrige udbudsmateriale. Try & Hire indebærer, at AffaldPlus efter nærmere angivne vilkår kan tilbydes mulighed for at fastansætte en vikar, som i en periode har været stillet til rådighed af leverandøren. De nærmere betingelser herfor fremgår af kravspecifikationen og kontrakten. Det konkrete indkøb omfatter de ydelser og tilknyttede leverancer, der fremgår af kravspecifikationen, tilbudslisten og de øvrige udbudsbilag. Kravspecifikationen indeholder de krav, som leverandøren skal opfylde i forbindelse med kontraktens gennemførelse. Ydelserne skal leveres efter AffaldPlus' konkrete og løbende behov. AffaldPlus er således ikke forpligtet til at aftage et bestemt antal vikartimer, et bestemt antal vikarer eller ydelser for et bestemt beløb, medmindre andet udtrykkeligt fremgår af udbudsmaterialet. Den anslåede værdi af rammeaftalen for den samlede løbetid udgør DKK 8.000.000 ekskl. moms. Den anslåede værdi er fastsat på baggrund af AffaldPlus' historiske forbrug, forventede fremtidige behov og øvrige relevante driftsmæssige forhold.
