Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług w zakresie odbioru, transportu i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Gnojnik. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: załadunek, transport i unieszkodliwianie odpadów w instalacjach określonych w Planie Gospodarki Odpadami Województwa Małopolskiego wskazanych w ofercie przez Wykonawcę. Wykonawca jest zobowiązany do zagospodarowania odebranych odpadów zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa oraz postanowieniami Umowy, w sposób ukierunkowany na osiągniecie możliwie najwyższych poziomów przygotowania do ponownego użycia i recyklingu odpadów komunalnych oraz ograniczenie masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazywanych do składowania. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do podejmowania wszelkich działań pozostających w zakresie jego obowiązków i kompetencji, które mogą przyczynić się do osiągnięcia przez Gminę wymaganych przepisami prawa poziomów. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia i jego realizacji zawiera załącznik nr 11 do SWZ.[E10]
