Przedmiot zamówienia ma być finansowany z dotacji budżetu Województwa Wielkopolskiego. Zamawiający unieważni postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia na podstawie art. 257 Ustawy Pzp, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup skanera do preparatów mikroskopowych wraz z platformą do oceny preparatów. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w formularzu ofertowym (załącznik nr 1) oraz w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (załącznik nr 2 – OPZ). 2. Zamówienie nie zostało podzielone na części (pakiety). Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. 3. Powód braku podziału na części: Przedmiot zamówienia ma jednolity charakter, a podział zamówienia na części powodowałby nadmierne trudności organizacyjne, techniczne i dodatkowe koszty wykonania zamówienia, a także potrzebę skoordynowania działań różnych wykonawców realizujących zamówienie.[E7]Preliminary, from the notice only
