About the requirement

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest obsługa stref parkingowych zlokalizowanych na terenie SPZOZ Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego nr 3 dla SPZOZ WSS Nr 3 w Rybniku, zwanego dalej Zamawiającym. Umowa zostanie zawarta po zakończeniu postępowania na okres 36 miesięcy. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość zmian postanowień zawartej umowy (tzw. zmiany kontraktowe w oparciu o art. 455 ust. 1 pkt 1 i 2 ustawy Pzp) w stosunku do treści oferty, na podstawie której dokonano wyboru Wykonawcy, zgodnie z projektowanymi postanowieniami umowy - warunki zawarte w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. Zmiana umowy może także nastąpić w przypadkach, o których mowa art. 455 ust. 1 pkt 3 i 4 oraz ust. 2 ustawy Pzp Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki realizacji zamówienia stanowiące podstawę wyliczenia ceny ofertowej zawarte są w dokumentach zamówienia - tj., Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (dalej SWZ) oraz w załącznikach. Zamawiający informuje, iż zgodnie z art. 139 Pzp najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw do wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu. Realizując obowiązek wynikający z art. 24 ust. 6 ustawy z dnia 14 czerwca 2024 r. o ochronie sygnalistów zamawiający informuje, że w Samodzielnym Publicznym Zakładzie Opieki Zdrowotnej Wojewódzkim Szpitalu Specjalistycznym Nr 3 w Rybniku przyjęta została procedura wewnętrznych zgłoszeń informacji o naruszeniach prawa i podejmowania działań następczych.
