Die Maßnahme umfasst die erforderlichen Rohbauarbeiten zur baulichen Herstellung des Kryolagers im Untergeschoss des Bestandsgebäudes 13.58 (MFZ I) im Rahmen des Gesamtprojekts Gebäude 13.59 "Zentrallabor" am Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet insbesondere Erd- und Abbrucharbeiten, Beton- und Stahlbetonarbeiten, Mauerwerksarbeiten, Bohrungen und Durchbrüche, Abdichtungsarbeiten sowie die Herstellung von Fundamenten, Einbringöffnungen und sonstigen baulichen Anpassungen gemäß Ausführungsplanung und Leistungsverzeichnis. Ergänzend sind die erforderlichen Außenanlagen- und Pflasterarbeiten auszuführen. Die vorhandene Tragkonstruktion und Gebäudehülle bleiben bestehen. Sämtliche Arbeiten sind unter Berücksichtigung der bestehenden Gebäudestruktur sowie des laufenden Klinik- und Forschungsbetriebs auszuführen.[E18]
