Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie projektu planu urządzenia lasu na okres 2029 – 2038 dla Nadleśnictwa Kościerzyna oraz prognozy oddziaływania tego planu na środowisko i na obszary Natura 2000. Projekt planu urządzenia lasu należy wykonać zgodnie z Instrukcją Urządzania Lasu, stanowiącą załącznik do Zarządzenia Dyrektora Generalnego Lasów Państwowych nr 116/2023 z dnia 14.12.2023 r. (zwaną dalej IUL) oraz wytycznymi i ustaleniami z Narady Wstępnej, zawartymi w załączonym protokole. Powierzchnia opracowania: 17 993 ha, powierzchnia leśna 17 267 ha, powierzchnia zasięgu terytorialnego 625,58 km2. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość zmiany (+/-) do 100 ha powierzchni opracowania, która może wynikać z weryfikacji ewidencji gruntów, obrotu nieruchomościami (zamian, kupna/sprzedaży), przeniesienia lub wygaszenia zarządu w trakcie wykonywania prac urządzeniowych, co jednak pozostanie bez wpływu na wysokość wynagrodzenia.[E7]Preliminary, from the notice only
