Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi w zakresie publicznego transportu zbiorowego o charakterze użyteczności publicznej w gminnych autobusowych przewozach pasażerskich na terenie miasta i gminy Głuchołazy. Organizatorem usługi jest Gmina Głuchołazy (Zamawiający), Wykonawca wyłoniony w niniejszym postępowaniu staje się po zawarciu umowy Operatorem w rozumieniu przepisów Ustawy o Publicznym Transporcie Zbiorowym z dnia 16 grudnia 2010r. (Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 1231. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się wykonywać usługi przewozowe zgodnie z wyznaczonymi liniami komunikacyjnymi i rozkładem jazdy, przy zachowaniu przepisów prawa o ruchu drogowym, prawa przewozowego, rozporządzenia w sprawie warunków technicznych pojazdów oraz zakresu ich niezbędnego wyposażenia, a także innych przepisów prawa dotyczących operatorów i przewoźników. Zamawiający zakłada, że w całym okresie realizacji zamówienia (dla wyceny usługi przyjęto, że usługa przewozowa będzie realizowana w okresie od 02.01.2027r. do 31.12.2027r.) minimalna planowana łączna ilość wozokilometrów wyniesie 201 477,50 wozokilometrów.
