Przedmiotem postępowania i zamówienia jest wyłonienie Wykonawcy w zakresie sukcesywnej dostawy odczynników i materiałów zużywalnych, zwanych dalej odczynnikami lub produktami, dla jednostek organizacyjnych Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego w Krakowie (z wyłączeniem Collegium Medicum UJ), przeznaczonych w szczególności do realizacji zadań w zakresie kształcenia, działalności naukowej oraz komercjalizacji wyników tej działalności. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierający zestawienie ilościowe odczynników i materiałów zużywalnych określa załącznik A do SWZ, który stanowi jednocześnie formularz kalkulacji ceny oferty.[E9]
