Udbudsprocessen omfatter en aftale med Etablissement- og Terrænkommandoen (ETK) om levering af flytteydelser. ETK udbyder flytteydelser på Forsvarets etablissementer, forstået som flytning imellem etablissementer, på etablissementer, nedtagning samt opbevaring. Flytteydelser kan ligeledes indebære, nedtagning, udpakning og opsætning af kontorpladser fordelt på fem (5) regionale delaftaler. Det nærmere indhold og omfang af ydelserne fremgår af Rammeaftalen. Flytteydelser vil skulle udføres på Forsvarets lokationer som fremgår af Aftalebilag 2 - Etablissement oversigt. Antallet af etablissementer vil kunne ændre sig i aftaleperioden. Udbuddet er opdelt geografisk i følgende fem (5) delaftaler: Delaftale 1: Region Nordjylland Delaftale 2: Region Midtjylland Delaftale 3: Region Syddanmark Delaftale 4: Region Sjælland Delaftale 5: Region Hovedstaden Delaftalerne er opdelt geografisk, for at gøre det muligt for mindre og mellemstore lokale virksomheder at byde på opgaven. Der kan afgives tilbud på en eller flere af de udbudte delaftaler. Tilbudsgiver skal i ESPD del ll.A. angive, hvilke delaftaler I ønsker at afgive tilbud på. Der skal afleveres et (1) tilbud per delaftale, som Tilbudsgiver ønsker at afgive tilbud på. Etablissement- og Terrænkommandoen gør opmærksom på, at det er muligt for en Tilbudsgiver at få tildelt alle delaftaler. Rammeaftalen tildeles to Leverandører, som rangeres på en kaskade på baggrund af ETK's tilbudsevaluering, jf. udbudsbetingelsernes pkt. 4.
