Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż w okresie od 01.01.2027r. do 31.12.2027r. odbiorcom końcowym energii elektrycznej w rozumieniu i na podstawie przepisów ustawy z dnia 24 stycznia 2024 r. Prawo Energetyczne (Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz. 43 z późn. zm.). Zakres zamówienia obejmuje sprzedaż energii elektrycznej w okresie od 1 stycznia do 31 grudnia 2027 roku, w ilości zgodnej z rzeczywistym zapotrzebowaniem. Łączna ilość punktów poboru energii wynosi 277, natomiast łączne prognozowane zapotrzebowanie na energię elektryczną dla wszystkich PPE objętych zamówieniem wynosi 2 031 027 kWh, przy sumarycznej mocy umownej wynoszącej ok. 3000 . Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie na energię elektryczną do obiektów Zamawiających, w okresie od 01.01.2027r. do 31.12.2027r. zostało opisane szczegółowo w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ- Zapotrzebowanie na energię elektryczną- Wykaz punktów poboru energii.[E6]
