Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou stavební práce spočívající v rekonstrukci přístavby ZŠ Náměstí v Kopřivnici na byty a přestavbě ZŠ Náměstí v Kopřivnici na knihovnu. Rekonstrukce přístavby ZŠ Náměstí na byty Předmětem plnění je komplexní rekonstrukce přístavby stávající budovy bývalé základní školy spočívající ve změně užívání na bytový dům, včetně realizace nástavby, podzemního parkování a související technické a dopravní infrastruktury. Součástí plnění jsou zejména bourací práce, úpravy nosných i nenosných konstrukcí, výměna výplní otvorů, zateplení a sanace objektu, realizace nových technických a technologických zařízení budovy, domovních rozvodů a přípojek k inženýrským sítím, zařízení pro hospodaření se srážkovými vodami, vybudování zpevněných ploch, terénní a vegetační úpravy, jakož i další stavební, montážní a technologické práce nezbytné k řádnému dokončení a užívání stavby v souladu s projektovými dokumentacemi a příslušnými právními a technickými předpisy. Přestavba ZŠ Náměstí na knihovnu Předmětem plnění je komplexní rekonstrukce původní stávající budovy bývalé základní školy spočívající v přestavbě na městskou knihovnu s odpovídajícím zázemím pro návštěvníky a zaměstnance, včetně prostor pro kulturní, vzdělávací a volnočasové aktivity. Součástí plnění jsou zejména stavební a sanační práce, úpravy nosných a nenosných konstrukcí, výměna výplní otvorů, odstranění vlhkosti zdiva, opravy a sanace omítek, obnova štukových plastik a prvků fasády, výměna střešní krytiny, doplnění historických replik, výměna nebo odborné ošetření poškozených dřevěných konstrukcí, realizace…[E15]
