1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa (zakup) komputerów stacjonarnych i przenośnych, monitorów komputerowych oraz specjalistycznych stacji audio dla Polskiego Radia S.A. w likwidacji – zwanych dalej również jako „Sprzęt”: 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na części, które na potrzeby prowadzonego postępowania i udzielanego zamówienia zwane są w dalszej treści SWZ „Zadaniami”. Podstawą podziału przedmiotu zamówienia na Zadania był rodzaj urządzenia komputerowego. W oparciu o te podstawy, przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na następujące cztery Zadania: 1) Zadanie nr 1 przedmiotu zamówienia, obejmuje swoim zakresem dostawę komputerów stacjonarnych. 2) Zadanie nr 2 przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje, swoim zakresem dostawę monitorów komputerowych. 3) Zadanie nr 3 przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje, swoim zakresem dostawę komputerów przenośnych. 4) Zadanie nr 4 przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje, swoim zakresem dostawę specjalistycznych stacji audio – stacji dźwiękowych do systemu Pyramix. 3. Wykonawcy mogą złożyć oferty częściowe, w rozumieniu art. 7 pkt 15 ustawy Pzp, na jedno, dwa, trzy, bądź wszystkie Zadania, na które został podzielony przedmiot zamówienia. 4. Zamawiający nie określa maksymalnej liczby Zadań, na które zostanie udzielone zamówienie jednemu wykonawcy. 5.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w OPZ (Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia), stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 6. Przedmiot zamówienia będzie realizowany zgodnie z warunkami zamówienia określonymi w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, stanowiących – dla wszystkich Zadań, na które został podzie…[E12]
