Als onderdeel van een meerjarig transformatie programma, shERPa genaamd, zal NMBS het huidig SAP ECC landschap migreren naar de SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition (PCE) oplossing, samen met een aantal SAP SaaS oplossingen (IBP, APM, C4C) in een green-field aanpak. / Binnen dit transformatie programma zijn verschillende projecten uitgeschreven waarbij gewerkt wordt rond de SAP oplossingen voor directie B-Technics binnen NMBS, in het kader van trein onderhoud & revisies. In het project (Centre of Competence), (Piloot Tractiewerkplaats) en project(Revisie) is er nood aan een scheduling & dispatching oplossing die werk orders & taken (komende uit SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Production Planning en mogelijk SAP Project Systems), verdeelt & toewijst. / De oplossing moet SAP onderhoudsorders flexibel kunnen plannen en dispatchen via een grafisch planbord. Scheduling bepaalt wanneer orders en hun operaties worden uitgevoerd, rekening houdend met capaciteit, materialen, statussen, deadlines, afhankelijkheden en onderhoudsstilstanden. Dispatching bepaalt wie welke operaties uitvoert, rekening houdend met beschikbaarheid en kwalificaties van technici, conflicten, voortgang en bezettingsgraad. De oplossing moet naadloos integreren met SAP S/4HANA en voldoen aan de vereisten rond beveiliging, SSO, autorisaties en performantie.[E9]
