Deze opdracht heeft betrekking op de geïntegreerde levering van schoonmaakdiensten voor de stelplaat-sen, lijnwinkels en administratieve gebouwen van De Lijn. De dienstverlening omvat de reguliere schoonmaak, periodieke onderhoudstaken, interventies bij incidenten, evenals glas- en gevelreiniging. De uitvoering gebeurt binnen een prestatiegericht kader, met naleving van vooraf vastgelegde SLA verplichtingen. In het bedrijfsmodel van De Lijn staat de reiziger centraal. Een schone en ordelijke infrastructuur draagt rechtstreeks bij aan zowel de dagelijkse klantbeleving als de algemene veiligheidsperceptie. De voorziene schoonmaakdiensten dienen daarom op een kwaliteitsvolle, continue en betrouwbare manier georganiseerd te worden. De opdracht omvat alle activiteiten die noodzakelijk zijn voor het leveren van milieuverantwoorde schoonmaakdiensten in de gebouwen, ramen, glaspartijen, lichtkoepels en garagepoorten van het hoofdkantoor in Mechelen en de exploitatie-infrastructuur in de vijf Vlaamse provincies. De opdracht wordt opgesplitst in vier percelen: • Perceel 1: Poets van gebouwen, stelplaatsen, lijnwinkels en poetsen van ramen, glaspartijen en andere constructies op hoogte in regio Antwerpen • Perceel 2: Poets van gebouwen, stelplaatsen en poetsen van ramen, glaspartijen en andere con-structies op hoogte in regio West en Oost-Vlaanderen • Perceel 3: Poets Lijnwinkels en gebouwen regio De Kust (*): voorbehouden voor sociale tewerkstelling -maatwerkbedrijven • Perceel 4: Poets van gebouwen, stelplaatsen, lijnwinkels en poetsen van ramen, glaspartijen en andere constructies …[E11]
