1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy artykułów spożywczych w okresie 12 miesięcy tj. od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r. Zamówieniem niniejszym objęte są następujące jednostki organizacyjne Powiatu Płońskiego: 1) I Liceum Ogólnokształcące ul. Płocka 56, 09-100 Płońsk, 2) Zespół Szkół Nr 1 im. Stanisława Staszica w Płońsku, ul. Henryka Sienkiewicza 8, 09-100 Płońsk, 3) Specjalny Ośrodek Szkolno-Wychowawczy w Płońsku, ul. Młodzieżowa 11/A , 09-100 Płońsk, 4) Specjalny Ośrodek Szkolno-Wychowawczy w Jońcu, Joniec 50, 09-131 Joniec, 5) Zespół Szkół w Raciążu ul. Kilińskiego 64, 09-140 Raciąż, 6) Dom Pomocy Społecznej w Karolinowie, Karolinowo 38, 09-120 Nowe Miasto, 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią: Wykazy asortymentowo-cenowe (Załączniki Nr 1.1.A- 1.8.F), Wymagania jakościowe dotyczące artykułów spożywczych (Załącznik Nr 1B) i Wymagania Zamawiającego odnośnie dostaw (Załącznik Nr 1C). 3. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się dostarczać produkty świeże, pełnowartościowe, należytej jakości w pierwszym gatunku, wyprodukowane zgodnie z obowiązującymi normami, w terminie, ilościach i asortymencie określonym przez Zamawiającego. Szczegółowe wymagania Zamawiającego co do jakości artykułów spożywczych stanowiących przedmiot zamówienia, stosownie do części zamówienia określone zostały w Załączniku Nr 1B. 4. Artykuły spożywcze stanowiące przedmiot zamówienia winny być bezpieczne dla zdrowia konsumentów i pochodzić z legalnego, kontrolowanego źródła, spełniać wymogi sanitarno- epidemiologiczne i zasady systemu HACCP, 5.
