L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La valeur totale estimée indiquée correspond au total des montants maximum pour l'ensemble des lots et comprennent les prestations similaires envisagées. Les montants indiqués par lot correspondent aux montants maximum par lot pour la durée du marché. L'accord-cadre a pour objet l'entretien des espaces verts plantés sur les propriétés bâties et non bâties de la Communauté d'Agglomération Pays Basque. Sont concernés les sites suivants : - les bâtiments communautaires : sièges de Pôles Territoriaux, crèches, équipements culturels, pépinières d'entreprises, piscines, déchetteries, etc ; - les parcelles non bâties : réserves foncières pour futur aménagement (bâtiment, ZAE, route, etc.), délaissés situés en bord de route, espaces naturels ; - les zones d'activités économiques (ZAE) ; - les aires de grand passage des gens du voyage. Des exclusions sont prévues au cahier des charges[E8]
