Der Abwasserverband Emsbachtal beabsichtigt die Schlammentwässerung der Kläranlage Niederselters (68.000 EW) zu optimieren und zu erneuern. Bislang wird auf der Kläranlage Niederselters der anfallende Klärschlamm maschinell mittels einer Kammerfilterpresse unter der Zugabe von Kalk und FeCl3 entwässert und danach über ein Austrags- und Verteilsystem in einer Klärschlammlagerhalle gelagert. Vorgesehen ist zukünftig eine maschinelle Entwässerung mittels einer Zentrifuge unter der Zugabe von Flockungshilfsmitteln einzurichten und die Beschickung zu erneuern, optimieren und anzupassen. Um die betrieblichen Belange im Rahmen des Umstellungs- und Umbauprozesses und aufwendige Provisorien für die Entwässerung während der Bauzeit zu vermeiden wurde daher im Vorfeld bereits eine Voruntersuchung mit Standortverlagerung des Entwässerungsaggregates mit Integration in die benachbarte Klärschlammlagerhalle durchgeführt, welche sich als möglich bzw. umsetzbar zeigt und ggf. vorteilhaft darstellt. Im weiteren Planungsverlauf im Rahmen der Entwurfsplanung wurde zudem die Lagerung sowie der Austrag optimiert. Gegenstand unserer Anfrage sind die folgenden Ingenieurleistungen: Fachlos 2: Technische Ausrüstung (E-MSR-Technik): Anzubieten sind die Ingenieurleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung in Anlehnung an das Leistungsbild und die Grundleistungen des § 55 der HOAI 2021 für die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9. Es sind alle zur erfolgreichen Realisierung der Maßnahme erforderlichen Ingenieurtätigkeiten einschl. sämtlicher Nebenkosten, Abstimmungs- und Besprechungstermine, Ortstermine, Baustellen- und …[E10]
