Строк постачання товару: з дати підписання договору до 15.12.2026 року (включно). Місце постачання товару: Склад КОМУНАЛЬНОГО НЕКОМЕРЦІЙНОГО ТОВАРИСТВА «ДНІПРОПЕТРОВСЬКА ОБЛАСНА КЛІНІЧНА ЛІКАРНЯ ІМ. І.І. МЕЧНИКОВА» ДНІПРОПЕТРОВСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСНОЇ РАДИ», площа Соборна, будинок 14, місто Дніпро, 49005, Україна. Розвантаження товару здійснюється в приміщення (І та ІІ поверхи) лікарні представниками Постачальника. Спосіб постачання товару: При постачанні товар повинен супроводжуватися документами, передбаченими чинним законодавством України, зокрема копіями чинних реєстраційних посвідчень на лікарські засоби, копіями сертифікатів якості, копіями висновків з контролю якості лікарських засобів, тощо, завіреними Постачальником належним чином. У первинних документах (рахунках, видаткових накладних тощо) Постачальник повинен зазначати оптово-відпускні ціни та розмір торгівельної (роздрібної) надбавки згідно з постановою КМУ від 25.03.2009 № 333 «Деякі питання державного регулювання цін на лікарські засоби і вироби медичного призначення» (із змінами) та/або постанови КМУ від 17 жовтня 2008 № 955 «Про заходи щодо стабілізації цін на лікарські засоби та медичні вироби» (із змінами). Постачальник забезпечує таке пакування товару, яке необхідне для запобігання пошкодженню або псуванню під час транспортування до кінцевого пункту призначення, зазначеного у договорі. Упаковка повинна містити маркування відповідно до стандартів виробника, яке надає змогу ідентифікувати товар, його походження, дату виробництва.
