Los servicios que se contratan tienen por objeto llevar a cabo todas las tareas y actuaciones de la redacción de la Actualización del Proyecto de Urbanización del ámbito del Sector SUP-O1 EL RODEO del PGOU en Estepona (Málaga) por técnico competente (y visado en el Colegio Profesional), Dirección Facultativa de las obras y trabajos contemplados en el citado Proyecto actualizado, así como las labores de Coordinador de Seguridad y Salud, una vez se haya contratado la ejecución de las obras. Asimismo, es objeto del trabajo el seguimiento y asesoramiento técnico durante el proceso de licitación de las obras de Urbanización del ámbito del referido Sector; todo ello con las atribuciones, obligaciones y responsabilidades que establece al respecto la legislación vigente, desde la adjudicación del contrato hasta la liquidación de las obras en cuestión y siguiendo los criterios y condiciones establecidas en el presente Pliego y en los Pliegos de Prescripciones Técnicas correspondientes.[E17]
