I. La Ley 3/2019, de 18 de febrero, de la Generalitat, de servicios sociales inclusivos de la Comunitat Valenciana, establece la acción concertada en su artículo 34 como una de las formas de provisión de las prestaciones del Sistema Público Valenciano de Servicios Sociales. Asimismo, el artículo 87 establece que “Los acuerdos de acción concertada son instrumentos organizativos de naturaleza no contractual a través de los cuales las administraciones competentes podrán organizar la prestación de servicios sociales por entidades de iniciativa social cuya financiación, acceso y control sean de su competencia ajustándose al procedimiento y a los requisitos que prevé esta ley y la normativa sectorial que sea aplicable”. II. El Decreto 181/2017, de 17 de noviembre, del Consell, por el que se desarrolla la acción concertada para la prestación de servicios sociales en el ámbito de la Comunitat Valenciana por entidades de iniciativa social, establece en su artículo 31.5 que “El concierto se podrá modificar de oficio o a instancia del titular del servicio, siempre que concurran motivos de interés público, siendo preceptiva, en caso de modificación de oficio, la audiencia de la parte interesada” y en el artículo 33 que “1. La Conselleria competente podrá revisar las condiciones técnicas y los módulos económicos como consecuencia de cambios normativos.” III.
