Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi zimowego utrzymania dróg wojewódzkich zarządzanych przez Zachodniopomorski Zarząd Dróg Wojewódzkich w Koszalinie na terenie działania Rejonu Dróg Wojewódzkich w Białogardzie z podziałem na 10 zadań: Zadanie nr 1 – Kołobrzeg; Zadanie nr 2 – Białogard; Zadanie nr 3 – Świdwin; Zadanie nr 4 – Połczyn-Zdrój; Zadanie nr 5 – DW 112; Zadanie nr 6 – Zimowe utrzymanie chodników w m. Połczyn – Zdrój; Zadanie nr 7 – Zimowe utrzymanie chodników w m. Białogard; Zadanie nr 8 – Zimowe utrzymanie chodników w m. Kołobrzeg; Zadanie nr 9 – Zimowe utrzymanie chodników w m. Karlino i Rymań; Zadanie nr 10 – Zimowe utrzymanie chodników w m. Świdwin. Szczegółowa lokalizacja i zakres usług dla danego zadania określony jest w Rozdziale C SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia i w Formularzach cenowych (wzory 4.1 – 4.10) SWZ. 2. Wykonawca jest zobowiązany do realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia przy użyciu produktów ICT, usług ICT oraz procesów ICT odnośnie których nie wydano rekomendacji, o której mowa w art. 33 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018r. o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, stwierdzającej ich negatywny wpływ na podstawowy interes bezpieczeństwa państwa, lub decyzji lub innego aktu w związku którym dany produkt ICT, usługa ICT lub konkretny proces ICT powinien zostać wycofany z użytkowania. 3.
