Predmet nabave su usluge istraživanja i uspostave praćenja stanja ciljnih i drugih značajnih vrsta i stanišnih tipova u ZK Baraćeve špilje i pridruženim područjima ekološke mreže te širem slivu vodotokova Grabovac – Suvaja – Kršlja, s ciljem procjene učinkovitosti provedenih mjera obnove i očuvanja, boljeg poznavanja područja te dugoročnog poboljšanja upravljanja očuvanjem bioraznolikosti. Cjelokupni predmet nabave je podijeljen u 5 grupa: Grupa 1* - Usluga uspostave praćenja stanja travnjačkih staništa i edukacija Grupa 2** - Usluga sustavnog speleološkog i speleoronilačkog multidisciplinarnog istraživanja i dokumentiranja špiljskog sustava Grupa 3** - Usluga biospeleološkog istraživanja i uspostave monitoringa ciljnih vrsta podzemnih beskralješnjaka i šišmiša te edukacija djelatnika JU Grupa 4* - Usluge stručnjaka za uspostavu praćenja stanja ciljne vrste potočnog raka (Austropotamobius torrentium) Grupa 5** - Usluga hidrogeoloških istraživanja i monitoringa te edukacija * Grupa 1 i Grupa 4 predmeta nabave provode se kao odvojene nabave na koje se primjenjuju pravila koja vrijede za jednostavnu nabavu, temeljem odredbi čl. 23. st. 3. t. 2. ZJN. Postupci se provode prema pravilniku o provedbi postupaka jednostavne nabave naručitelja. ** Grupa 2, Grupa 3 i Grupa 5 predmeta nabave provode se u skladu sa ZJN kao otvoreni postupak javne nabave velike vrijednosti, javnom objavom u EOJN RH i TED – Dodatak Službenom listu EU.
