Le lot n°1 est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire, il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande pour des opérations d'un montant maximum de 100 000 euros HT. Montant maximum de travaux par an : 650 000 euros HT soit 2 600 000 euros HT sur la durée maximale de l'accord-cadre (4 années). Le lot n°2 est un accord-cadre multi-attributaires. Il sera attribué à un maximum de 3 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres) et donnera lieu à la conclusion de marchés subséquents après remise en concurrence des 3 titulaires (selon stipulation du CCAP). Montant maximum de travaux par an : 3 500 000 euros HT soit 14 000 000 euros HT sur la durée maximale de l'accord-cadre (4 années).[E7]
