1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wody mineralnej gazowanej i niegazowanej do Jednostek Wojskowych rejonu odpowiedzialności 3 Regionalnej Bazy Logistycznej w 2027 roku. 2. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje 13 zadań określonych w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – Formularz cenowy (arkusze dla zadań 1-13). Powyższe zadania dotyczą VII (siedmiu) obszarów-miejsc dostaw wskazanych w załączniku nr 6 do SWZ – Miejsca dostaw. 3. Warunki realizacji zamówienia określono w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ – Projektowane postanowienia umowy. 4. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 4 do SWZ (poszczególne pozycje asortymentowe znajdują się w oddzielnych plikach). 5. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość skorzystania z prawa opcji w zakresie wszystkich zadań. 6. W celu potwierdzenia, że oferowane dostawy spełniają określone przez Zamawiającego wymagania, Zamawiający żąda złożenia przedmiotowych środków dowodowych określonych w dokumentach zamówienia. 7. Zamawiający zgodnie z art. 107 ust. 2 ustawy Pzp przewiduje uzupełnienie przedmiotowych środków dowodowych, w przypadku, gdy wykonawca nie złoży ich wraz z ofertą lub złożone wraz z ofertą przedmiotowe środki dowodowe będą niekompletne. 8. Zamawiający nie wymaga wniesienia wadium w niniejszym postępowaniu. 9. Zamawiający wymaga wniesienia zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy.[E6]Preliminary, from the notice only
