Hankinnan kohteena on vartiointi- ja hälytyskeskuspalvelut Kainuun hyvinvointialueella. Palvelun kohteena ovat Tilaajan Toimeksiantosopimuksissa määrittelemät kohteet. Turvallisuuspalvelut sisältävät paikallisvartiointia, kiertävä vartiointi (ent. piirivartiointi), hälytys- ja tilausvartiointia. Vartiointipalveluiden tarkoituksena on ylläpitää ja edistää turvallisuutta sovituilla vartioimisalueilla ja -kohteissa, sekä tarvittaessa ryhtyä lain (Laki yksityisistä turvallisuuspalveluista 1085/2015) sallimissa rajoissa toimenpiteisiin turvallisuuden palauttamiseksi. Vartiointi - ja hälytyskeskuspalvelu koostuu mm. seuraavista palveluista (tarkemmin kuvattu Palvelukuvauksessa (liite 6): -Paikallisvartiointi; siihen liittyvä tilausvartiointi (yksittäinen tehtävä etukäteen tilattu) -Hälytyskäynnit -Kiertävä vartiointi (ent. piirivartiointi) -Hälytyskeskuspalvelu (esim. murtohälytysjärjestelmien testaus/hälytyksen siirrot, hälytysten vastaanottaminen) -Henkilöturvaan, omaisuuteen ja kiinteistöön liittyvät hälytykset Kainuun hyvinvointialueen toimitiloissa ja kiinteistöissä (mm. ovien kiinniolojen seuranta, jääkaappihälytykset, N-kaappien hälytykset, henkilöstön avustaminen pukukaappien avauksessa) -Yleiset kiinteistön pitoon liittyvät aputyöt (esim. puku- ja laukkukaappien avaukset vikatilanteessa, tarvittaessa pukukaappien tarkastukset), Vuototilanteissa huolto/kalustesulkujen sulkeminen (päivystävä huoltomies ohjeistaa), lipunnosto Kainuun keskussairaalassa -Aula- ja paikallisvartiointipalvelut Kainuun keskussairaalassa: (esim. väliaikaisten kulkuoikeuksien ja - lupien hallinta, …[E6]
