Beoogd resultaat is een set aan Raamovereenkomsten waarin het brede aanbod aan IV-dienstverlening voor applicaties en platformen van Rijkswaterstaat rechtmatig, snel en efficiënt in de markt gezet kan worden. De scope van de te contracteren dienstverlening (beheer en onderhoud) omvat daarmee de volgende diensten: a. Applicatiemanagement b. Technisch applicatie beheer c. Technisch Beheer d. Teams e. Advies f. Governance g. Transitie Innovatie maakt onderdeel uit van de scope voor zover deze betrekking heeft op vernieuwing, modernisering, migratie, doorontwikkeling en nieuwbouw van applicaties, platformen en bouwblokken binnen de architectuur van RWS. Zelfstandige innovatieprogramma's of onderzoeksprojecten zonder directe relatie met de beheer-, ontwikkel- en vernieuwingsopgave vallen buiten de scope. Rijkswaterstaat gaat uit van een opdrachtomvang van 8 jaar voor de drie percelen van RoDIV. De maximale waarde voor de drie percelen bedraagt € 1.294.800.000 exclusief btw over de volledige looptijd van de raamovereenkomst(en), inclusief opties.[E7]
