La présente procédure concerne une prestation d'insertion socio-professionnelle par la collecte et la revalorisation des Textiles, Linge de maison et Chaussures (TLC) s'appuyant sur : - un système de collecte, par points d'apport volontaire, des Textiles d'habillement, Linge de maison et Chaussures, - la valorisation matière, par réemploi, réutilisation ou recyclage, de ces TLC dans une perspective de réduction des déchets. Elle permet à ces personnes : - d'acquérir des savoir-être et des savoir-faire en situation professionnelle, - d'être confronté à la réalité des entreprises et du monde du travail (consignes, respect des règles de sécurité, etc.), - de travailler un projet d'insertion professionnelle durable et réaliste. Les prestations font l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum annuel de 120 000 euro(s) HT. Sa durée est d'un an à compter de sa date de notification, il est renouvelable 3 fois 1 an[E7]
