1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa dostawa gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego obejmująca sprzedaż i dystrybucję dla obiektów wojskowych będących w administracji 34. WOG Rzeszów. Adres punktu poboru gazu: ul. 3 Maja, 37-500 Jarosław 80. 2. Zamówienie obejmie okres od 01.0.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. 4. Szczegółową specyfikację ilościową określa załącznik nr 1A, który stanowi równocześnie formularz kalkulacji ceny ofertowej. 5. Szczegółowe ilości paliwa gazowego z podziałem na poszczególne miesiące na rok 2027 określa załącznik nr 7 do SWZ. 6. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość podpisania umowy wg wzoru zaproponowanego przez Wykonawcę, jednakże powinna ona być zgodna z Istotnymi postanowieniami umowy – załącznik nr 4 do SWZ z tym, że niekoniecznie w brzmieniu literalnym – wystarczającym jest by treść wprowadzonych zapisów posiadała formę zachowującą to samo znaczenie. Rozszerzenie postanowień umowy może dotyczyć m.in. technicznych rozwiązań i zasad rozliczania w zakresie zaakceptowanym przez Zamawiającego. 7. Uzupełnieniem opisu przedmiotu zamówienia w zakresie postanowień nieuregulowanych zapisami niniejszego Rozdziału stanowią również Istotne postanowienia umowy (tj. Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ). 8. Istotne postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści umowy stanowią Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ.[E7]Preliminary, from the notice only
